With that said, we would like to let you know about our General Warranty policy here at Immediate Response Locksmith San Antonio. We believe that by doing so, we are able to provide better service and, at the same time, look after your needs and wants.
Immediate Response Locksmith San Antonio Warranty Policy
The majority of locks we provide come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. However, not every lock has the same guarantee – that is because each of them differs from one to another. Some may have a guarantee of one year while others could offer as long as 15 years. It should be noted, though, that our guarantee only applies to both the materials and workmanship. It is always possible for locks – even those with industrial application – to last a year or so, but it is never the case with vandalism and wears – these are never covered.
Immediate Response Locksmith San Antonio warrants the labor, repair, and replacement of parts that are deemed defective. But, as mentioned, they should be under either materials or workmanship for up to 90 days. The start date is from the invoice date, otherwise stated or changed in advance. This limited warranty already covers both the labor and the original hardware, all of which were purchased and serviced by our technicians. Moreover, they only apply to defects found in materials and/or workmanship, provided they occurred during everyday use.
Most of the product manufacturers in the industry are providing at least a year Warranty up to a lifetime, but this largely depends on the type of product. It is ideal that you contact first the manufacturer directly, so you can get a better grasp of any warranted related problem. Keep in mind, though, that we are more than happy to provide you with assistance in this matter. Exceptions To Warranty

Furthermore, our warranty will not cover your safe lock combination change under no circumstances. Keep in mind that safe locks are – and will always be – beyond our warranty. When trying to change a combination, our technicians will perform some tests. If it results in the opening of the safe and there are no fails, then there is nothing more that can be done. When closing the safe and testing it, always make sure that everything is working accordingly before our technicians leave. We will cover some incidences, but make sure to contact us within 24 hours. Note that we will still assess the occurrence in order to understand the situation.
Claiming Your Warranty Service

For starters, it is imperative that you present a copy of the invoice we provided you for subscribing to our service. We also encourage you to keep it at all time, especially for whatever purpose it could bring in the future (e.g. claiming warranty service). Doing so should help you save both time and money.
If you are unable to provide the invoice, we would not be able to provide you with the warranty service. If within the aforementioned span there is still a problem with any of the parts, hardware, or service we provided and performed, we will conduct an initial assessment in order to devise a solution according to the situation.
