Tyler did a terrific job! A new key fob, programing, and two keys, done in less than 30 minutes. Great to have the two working fine and keys now. These guys were incredibly helpful when we moved into a new place, we needed window keys copying, a new lock cylinder for the front door, and we also needed a key for our postbox but didn't have the original. They sorted out all three things, after another locksmith told us it couldn't be done! They also gave us the number of a Joiner who fixed our broken door-frame, all in all very helpful & I'll use them again!

I called to schedule a time to get some locks re-keyed a few days in advance. On the scheduled day, I got a call about 30 minutes before the locksmith arrived. The locksmith, Pete, showed up on time and promptly went to work. He was able to provide additional keys as well, which saved me a trip to the hardware store. All in all, the service was punctual and professional.
